3 Minute Video: Joe Calloway, Coaching Client

by

Joe Calloway is a corporate consultant who works with some of the world’s top companies on employee engagement and performance.  He’s also a coaching client.

Calloway’s book, Becoming a Category of One: How Extraordinary Companies Transcend Commodity and Defy Comparison, is just out in its second edition.  And Calloway believes much of his success comes from years of working with a coach, who asks the right questions and keeps Calloway on his game.

For the first time, Calloway explains how he works with his coach–and how coaches can work with their clients–to outperform the competition and become that “category of one.”
