As we reported last week, financial filings promised “upon request in December” by The Coaches Care Project were not released upon our request the first week of December, and the delay not explained by anyone at the “charitable giving program” operated by the for-profit Practice Pay Solutions, a company that provides bill-paying systems to coaches.
When the Coaching Commons requested clarification on the financial filings, we were told today by Practice Pay Solutions’ James Komosinski that the report would be released “at the end of January, as it states at the bottom of our Coaches Care homepage.”
Sure enough, the CoachesCare.org page does now promise a full release of its financial transactions “upon request every January 31st.”
What Komosinski did not say was that the release date had been changed. A search on Google reveals a cached version of the Coaches Care page as it appeared on December 7th at 4:59:00 GMT (a full five days after our request for the report had already been made): “Full disclosure of all revenues received and distributed are available upon request every December.”
So why the edit? And did it have anything to do with our request? Komosinski has not responded yet to our request for comment.

Thanks for staying on this story, Mark. Mr. Komosinski’s actions are very peculiar here; this is turning into a “one excuse after another” situation. I hope that he will put out some verifiable numbers by January 31st.
With respect,
Greg Howard
