The Coaching Commons’ Tech Team Lead, Sandra, has cheerfully agreed to put up a mini-video tutorial to help, but until she’s able to get us that, here’s a simple link to the place you can set up a personal Gravatar, or globally recognized avatar, such that your photo will show up when you comment. (See right hand sidebar – your photo of choice will show up instead of the gray silhouette graphic.)

Got here to set it up:

http://www.Gravatar.com

This will work for other WordPress-based blogs you post comments on as well, depending on their settings.

And, if you need a simple no-fee tool to help resize a photo of you, go here:

http://www.ResizeYourImage.com

It’s what we use here at The Commons for all our images – works like a charm.

About the Author

Andrea J. Lee is architect and general contractor for The Coaching Commons and Director of Strategic Development (a paid consultant) to The Harnisch Family Foundation. When Ruth Ann Harnisch invited Andrea to play on the team, her reaction was, 'This isn't the kind of invitation you say no to.' So she didn't. You may also know Andrea as author of 'Money, Meaning & Beyond' and 'Multiple Streams of Coaching Income.' She admits she is 'just a little crazy' when it comes to leveraging the power of coaching to do good in the world.
