Topic: Walking Between Worlds – Holding Space For Change

Host: Abby Strauss

Guest: Judith Neal, Ph.D

Coaches called to lead the world into this exciting new era often find themselves and their clients/co-workers, walking between worlds. Coaches bridge the divide between ways of being and methods of thinking. Coaches facilitate discussion between opposing viewpoints and hold space for the beautiful symphony that’s composed from diversity.

Sometimes coaches are stretched to the limit; other times they flow. Either way, coaches have a profound role to play in shaping the future.

Join host Abby Straus, M.Div. http://www.becomingbrilliant.net with her special guest Judith Neal, Ph.D
http://www.judineal.com, author of Edgewalkers: People and Organizations that Takes Risks, Build Bridges and Break New Ground.

Judith is the founder, president and CEO of the International Center of Spirit at Work. She received her Ph.D in organizational behavior from Yale University and was a manager of organizational development and training for Honeywell in the 1980s. She is Professor Emeritus at the University of New Haven and is President of Judi Neal and Associates, an international consulting firm. In addition, Judith is known for her Edgewalker Workshops and Edgewalker Organizational Programs http://www.edgewalker.org
