Interesting to me is the origin of the word: started at &quot;breaking into parts&quot; to then &quot;holding firmly.&quot; That seems to be what everyone here is suggesting saying instead, set goals and stay focused. Then the gyms won&#039;t be so crowded, and perhaps the &quot;resolution&quot; won&#039;t be as short lived.</description>
