Should you post a pricelist? Or negotiate price with your coaching clients?

Should you consider dropping your prices to help clients who may be struggling? Or stand firm?

Master Certified Coach Molly Gordon hears these questions from coaches and clients who find financial discussions to be among the most difficult parts of their work–especially when so many people are out of work, or fearful.

Gordon urges coaches to be clear and consistent, and to take a serious look not just at the urge to underprice, but also at the pressure some coaches feel to charge the most “premium” prices in the marketplace.
