A Hand UP Coaching is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to providing individuals with career success coaching and life skills training programs to create economic self-sufficiency and pursue career goals.
The organization brings the power of career coaching to those who need it the most, yet can least afford it. Coaching clients are matched with professional volunteer coaches for three months of one-on-one coaching via telephone. Group programs are offered via teleconference rooms and on-site.
A Hand UP Coaching’s programs have been launched in over 36 cities throughout the United States. Volunteer coaches have partnered with more than 500 clients.
