Giving the Gift of Coaching: Springboard Forward

Despite the remarkably consistent progress of our clients in realizing their own career aspirations, and the impressive growth and impact of our organization in its recent years, Springboard Forward must close its doors with great regret, effective immediately.

In doing so, we want to thank our coaches and employer partners, who are making it possible to transition most of our existing clients in an effective way, so that they will continue to be served during this year despite our absence.

We are also grateful for the myriad forms of support that so many of you have given to Springboard Forward over the years to advance its mission to move the needle on poverty.

We extend our special and heartfelt thanks to our coaches, who helped us bring an unwavering level of quality and service to a growing number of low-wage workers year after year. 

Finally, we are grateful to our funders, whose support not only transformed lives, but supported real change in our national systems that address poverty and career advancement.
