I&#039;m so glad that we have this thread!  As coaching continues to develop as a field and profession, I think it&#039;s imperative to get &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;all&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/em&gt;   the stakeholders into a conversation about its future (and ours!).  

Managers of coaching are an important group for us to connect with, to get their unique input and perspective about coaching.  Their ideas will help shape coaching research as well as coaching itself!</description>
