Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati is accepting applications for the next session of its Nonprofit Leadership Development Institute, formerly known as the Executive Director Institute.
The program aims to help managers at nonprofits develop their skills to better serve their organizations and advance their careers.
This marks the second year for the program, which features monthly, day-long seminars and intensive one-on-one coaching over eight months. The co-directors of the program made several changes to it. The most obvious is the name change, which better reflects the program’s mission, said Carol Leigh, a retired marketing executive and co-director of the program.
