First, there were athletic coaches. Then, life coaches gained in popularity. Now, Julie Musial of Green Bayis introducing a new concept to Northeastern Wisconsin — the business coach.
With more than 25 years of marketing, sales and management experience, Musial witnessed the difficulties many business owners have in following a strategic plan. After researching the business-coaching concept, she decided to purchase The Growth Coach, a franchise that began in 2002 and now serves 150 markets. Since opening earlier this year, she is often asked what makes business coaching unique.
“The goal of a business coach is to help the owner, manager, executive or salesperson to work on the strategy of the business and less in the technical tendencies of the business,” Musial said.
