How your business fares this year will depend upon its size, the sector you’re in, and how easy it is to access funds.
But business sentiment is rising, according to a recent global survey by Grant Thornton International which found 79 per cent of Australian private companies are optimistic about the future, compared with only 11 per cent during the global financial crisis.
Additionally, 64 per cent of businesses are preparing to upskill their staff, while 62 per cent are diversifying into new markets.
