Challenges are not opportunities to walk away from, but chances to grow, according to Carrie Nicolini, creator of the business coaching company CN Coaching, LLC.
This motto helped guide Nicolini as she faced her own set of challenges a year ago when the company she’d spent more than 20 years with closed.
In late 2008, Nicolini was operations manager for an RV company that filed for bankruptcy. She used the opportunity to begin a new career.
