The School of Arts and Sciences is accepting applications for a unique 18-month advanced study program. Graduates will earn the Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics Degree and the Organizational Consulting and Executive Coaching Graduate Certificate.
Students will become immersed in a unique approach to consulting and coaching education that integrates Penn’s academic excellence, real-world experience and a cohort approach to learning. The program delivers classes one weekend each month including individualized mentoring by a dedicated faculty team with decades of for-profit and non-profit organizational consulting and executive coaching experience.
Organizations are increasingly looking to consultants and coaches for support and assistance in overcoming challenges posed by a highly complex environment. As the interest in the field has progressed, savvy leaders are seeking consultants and coaches who are highly qualified to help successfully guide people and business into the future. Upon completion, graduates will achieve greater professional effectiveness and will be prepared to successfully help leaders navigate organizations in turbulent conditions.
