Editor’s Note: In this week’s Chronicle, coaches and clients worldwide are navigating through workplace changes. A coaching practice in Canada is healing relationships at work and at home, while businesses in India are seeking the assistance of executive coaches more than ever. Career coaches are working with clients to help give them confidence as they interview for new jobs. A business coach traveled to New Zealand and presented a seminar to encourage a group of business owners. Want to be your own boss? The New York Times outlines the reality of self-employment for those considering opening their own companies. These are challenging times, but is it all bad news? NAAAAY! Coaches are using horses, in an equine-assisted program to help clients grow personally and professionally. This week, gallop on.

The Chronicle of Coaching provides a snapshot of what’s happening in the coaching profession, designed to show where and how coaching appears in the popular culture worldwide. It is not intended to be a summary service nor a news roundup, although it may serve that purpose for some readers. The Chronicle is new each Thursday morning.
