Lynn Kindler is the host of this program series: Book it: words for the soul, and talks with Bill Treasurer, a workplace expert and author. Bill is also a former member of the U.S. High Diving Team who displayed a different kind of courage-performing as the fire-diving superhero “Captain Inferno”. What’s funny about this is that Bill is a high diver who is scared of heights. He practices what he preaches, “Do the thing today that scares you the most.”

About our Guest: Bill Treasurer is a workplace expert and author of “Courage Goes to Work: How to Build Backbones, Boost Performance, and Get Results”. Founder and Chief Encourager of Giant Leap Consulting, Inc., a consulting firm that helps people and organizations live more courageously. Among his clients are CNN, EarthLink, Starbuck’s, GM, GE, The Drug Enforcement Administration and the U.S. Veteran’s Administration. He is also the author of “Right Risk” and the editor of “Positively M.A.D.”.

  1. I love Bill’s book, “Courage to Change” and this man really is “walking his talk”. He was a high diver who really was afraid of heights. Here is a link to a You Tube video of Bill performing a high dive while on fire!

    Bill is “real” and “human” and he was the first internal Coach that Accenture Consulting used. For all y’all that know of and what Accenture is about, you know that also being “real” and “human” is a feat unto itself.
