The Nancies, thank you for a great call. I have been thrilled and active around the mastermind theme for 5 years here in Israel. My original interest led me to develop and implement new models, groups and training of coaches as mastermind entrepreneurs.

I am working on a vision around an international mastermind concept that would be an umbrella to connect people around the world to brainstorm and develop ideas, concepts and opportunities. Today, what exists to my knowledge is many groups working in and with themselves only. Masterminding in my eyes is not another tool in the toolbox, but a value-based approach to life, career, business and relationship. Masterminders- especially coaches- who come together- in person and in any other type of modern communication- can bring the world awesome potential in the way of collective wisdom, innovative ideas, community, projects and solutions. What is important is to have strong shared values and respect for the "mastermind principle", which is so potent in and of itself. It is exciting....thank- you!

Thanks for your comments, Vivienne. The Nancys believe that coaching & Masterminding are complimentary and together create a magical and exponential growth experience for everyone involved.

Tell me, please, what kind of information would be most useful for you to help you be an outstanding Mastermind Leader?

Take a look at what we're including in our Mastermind Leadership Program that's starting on January 27th, and let me know if we've covered what you think is needed. Go to http://www.themagicofmastermind.com and click "coaches-speakers-facilitators" under the "Start a Group" tab. YOU feedback would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you so much for creating this resource for learning more about masterminding. After years of working primarily with individual clients I'm branching out to do more groups now and, in particular, lead mastermind groups. I look forward to future material.

Thank you, Elizabeth, for a fantastic interview. You are a gifted facilitator, and "the Nancys" had so much fun spending the hour with you, Linda and the other coaches who were with us live.

We were honored to have been invited to revisit the Conversation about Masterminding here at the Commons, and look forward to continuing it regularly.

We'd love to read your comments and learn about your ideas and insights gained from the Conversation.
