By Mark Joyella

Twitter.

It's not just "OMG! I'm having the best lasagna for dinner" anymore.

As The New York Times put it last month, "Twitter's rapid growth made it the object of intense interest and a fair amount of ridicule, as it was derided as high-tech trivia or the latest in time-wasting devices."

But one thing is clear: coaches see serious money to be made, and they've set up camp in the Twitterverse, sending and receiving short "tweets" and attracting huge numbers of Twitter followers. Read more.

The Coaching Hall of Fame - Nominations Open Here
    By Vikki Brock

What is The Coaching Hall of Fame?

It's a virtual place here at the Coaching Commons where key influencers, leaders, and contributors to the coaching field are recognized and honored. Most of the names listed here so far came from my Ph.D. research into the emergence and evolution of coaching.

These influencers are easier to identify as experienced coaches explore who has been an influence on their own coaching. Read more.
